The components of the proposed sports complex are: (1) a new arena and adjacent ice rink to host a professional minor league hockey team as the primary tenant and (2) an outdoor sports field complex. The study will be performed in two phases; Phase I has been completed and released.

Phase II has now been completed and presented to the Worcester County Commissioners. The Phase II Report is below along with official media release from MSA.
