Camden Yards Sports Complex Pedestrian Spine

project Summary

The pedestrian spine underwent an approximately $5.1-million renovation. The pedestrian spine is a walkway that connects Oriole Park at Camden Yards to M&T Bank Stadium through the stadium parking lots B and C. The 975 ft. pedestrian spine was renovated to include enhanced security features, new hardscaping, a new impervious surface, new landscaping, and storm water improvements. The Gilbane Building Company was awarded the contract, and renovations were completed by August 2019.
