Project Summary:
In August 2011, the Maryland Department of Agriculture asked MSA to perform a viability study for a Maryland Horse Park based on the extensive study performed in 2006 for a specific venue. The Maryland Horse Industry Board, a division of MDA, would like to determine if the conclusions of this report are still applicable to the current market and economy before pursuing the project again. This first phase of a feasibility study will cost $8,000 and will be funded by the Maryland Horse Industry Board. |
