CYSEC was established in 2005 to expand the use of the state-owned park complex with additional events and activities which generate additional revenue. Mission of CYSEC: To identify and attract events and activities to the Camden Yards Sports Complex To work with primary tenants to facilitate additional events and uses of the Complex To promote community, media,  and corporate support of activities at the Complex Membership of CYSEC consists of:  State and City economic development officials Members of the hospitality, media, and corporate sectors Representatives of Orioles, Ravens, and Maryland Stadium Authority   Chairman - Donald C.
