Maryland Stadium Authority

Project Summary:

In September 2010, Wicomico County requested the Stadium Authority to perform a study on their aging Youth and Civic Center in Salisbury.
 
After review of the request by the legislative budget committees, the MSA board agreed to a Memorandum of Understanding with Wicomico County in December 2010, and tasked Crossroads Consulting to perform the $70,000 preliminary study.

The market analysis will evaluate the existing facility, its uses, and whether it is economically feasible to renovate and expand it or build a new one.
